Housing Options
The following is a general description of
short-term and long-term housing program services in the Seattle
region. Each program has different specifications of who can stay,
how long they can stay, and the support services they offer to residents.
This information is intended to help prepare you if you need to
stay at a transitional housing facility. Nearly all of these programs
require for you to be referred by a staff member at DSHS, your case
manager or someone at an independent
living service provider.
